1. Age Restriction
Pure Bliss services and SMS messaging programs are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information or send SMS messages to minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to Pure Bliss, please contact support@purebliss.app immediately and we will delete the information.
2. SMS Program Description and Messaging Use Cases
Pure Bliss operates an SMS messaging program that sends two categories of messages to opted-in users:
- Transactional Messages: These include demo appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, account notifications, support follow-ups, and responses to user-initiated inquiries.
- Promotional Messages: These include product updates, new feature announcements, special offers, event invitations, and educational content related to our AI automation services for service businesses.
Users opt in by submitting their contact information through forms on our website at https://purebliss.app and explicitly checking an optional checkbox to agree to receive SMS communications. Message frequency varies based on user engagement, typically 2-5 messages per week. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Standard message and data rates may apply.
3. Use of Services
You must use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Pure Bliss, you agree to the following terms:
- Opt-In: You consent to receive automated promotional and informational text messages from us at the mobile number you provided.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode or number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@purebliss.app.
- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pure Bliss and its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pure Bliss, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. SMS Communications
7.1 Optional Consent. Participation in the Pure Bliss SMS/text messaging program is entirely voluntary. Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing or using any Pure Bliss service or product.
7.2 Program Description. By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from Pure Bliss including marketing promotions, appointment reminders, and account/transactional notifications at the mobile number you provide.
7.3 Opt-Out. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. Following opt-out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you affirmatively opt in again.
7.4 Rates and Frequency. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the messaging program(s) you have opted into.
7.5 Data. Your mobile number and consent data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in data is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
