SMS opt-in data (phone number + consent record) is stored separately from marketing databases and is never shared with third parties, affiliates, or any external entity for any reason. Message types include transactional (demo confirmations, appointment reminders, account notifications) and promotional (product updates, special offers). Message frequency varies based on your engagement (approximately 2-5 messages per week). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.

    6. Cookies and Tracking

    Pure Bliss uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and analytics scripts) to improve website performance, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and measure marketing effectiveness.     Pure Bliss operates an SMS/text messaging program for opted-in subscribers. The following terms apply:

    Opt-In is Optional. Consent to receive SMS messages is never required to purchase, access, or use any Pure Bliss product or service. Users who do not opt in retain full access to all platform features.

    Types of Messages. If you opt in, you may receive:

    • Marketing and promotional messages (offers, product launches, and campaigns)
    • Appointment confirmations and reminders
    • Transactional and account notifications (billing, onboarding, account alerts)

    How to Opt In. You may opt in by checking the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox on any Pure Bliss sign-up or contact form, or by replying START after a prior opt-out.

    How to Opt Out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent unless you opt in again.

    Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies.
