1. Program Description
Pure Bliss (and its associated brands) offers SMS/text messaging programs to communicate with users about account updates, scheduled appointments, service notifications, and promotional offers. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you provided.
2. Opt-In & Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained when you actively check the SMS opt-in checkbox on our web forms (e.g., contact forms, demo requests, or checkout pages). Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Cancellation & Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number you received the message from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@purebliss.app.
5. Message Frequency & Cost
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
6. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy Policy & Data Sharing
We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
